REMOVAL OF DUST, DEBRIS, AND CONTAMINATED MATERIALS
F. At the completion of the work associated with this project. Ambient Group, will perform clearance
sampling in accordance with Sections 13 and 14. Once clearance levels are met, the work area
shall be released from the restrictions imposed by this technical specification. All materials will be
cleaned by the procedures outlined herein.
G. The Contractor shall be responsible for identification and verification of all materials which will be
removed as part of this Work, and their respective locations.

1.03 POTENTIAL DUST HAZARDS:
A. Charactenzation of the dust found in the building has indicated detectable levels of asbestos,
and Dioxins, as well as various metals, including, but not limited to. Cadmium, Chromium,
