Please find the following responses to the DEP specs. Denise, please verify insuranse; Contractors to provide $10,000.00 Asbestos Abatement Contractors General Liability Insurance coverage listing 114 Liberty Street Condominium and Arnold S. Warwick as additionally insured. Coverage should include property damage coverage. You may also want to consider individual Unit Owner coverage by the contractor in case of an accident. One million dollar automobile liability. Statutory Disability and Worker’s Compensation Coverage to be provided by Contractor. The following general notes should be added. a. The Contractor shall be responsible for securing the construction areas until the completion of the contract. b. All Work shall be performed carefully and neatly, in a systematic manner. c. Existing plumbing lines and drains are to be maintained and kept free from blockages to prevent any flooding. d. After removing drywall surfaces, all metal framing, conduit, wiring, piping and cabling shall be protected from any physical damage. e. All existing surfaces, appliances and equipment to remain shall be fully protected from damage. The contractor shall assume responsibility for damage and shall make repairs required without additional cost to the Owner(s). f. No debris shall be allowed to accumulate on the site. Debris shall be regularly removed by the contractor as the job proceeds. Debris removal shall be in strict accordance with applicable regulations. g. The Contractor shall carefully protect items- indicated to-be—saved-for re-use.

Responses to DEP Spec items: #5. All Unit electrical panels will be converted to "house power" for the duration of this work. DEP to provide specific loads requirements ASAP. Exiting water tank will be santitzed for use during the cleaning phase. DEP 1
