to specify locations of showers ASAP. #11. Contractor shall protect window and door frames, and doors and glass. Contractor shall assume responsibility for repair or replacement of any damaged window frames, glass, door frames or door panels. #13. Contractor to carefully remove drywall sheeting by hand and to take care not to cause deformation to existing metal ceiling and wall framing. Protect all interior wall materials, surfaces, wires, pipes, etc. to remain. #14. The Ambient Specs call for removal of all wood flooring after the cleaning. Is this a requirement? If so, can this be performed without re-contaminaiting the site? Note that there are two layers of asbestos containing tile directly under a significant portion of the hardwood floors (with the exception of the penthouse addition), and that the asbestos will become airborn during the removal of any flooring. #16. The spray-on fireproofing is soft and loose and may disappear into the vacuum. The Contractor should be responsible for replacing any damaged spray-on fireproofing. ---- Original Message ---- From: "Dave Stanke" <[email protected]> To: "Christopher Warnick" <[email protected]>; "Denise Sweeney" <[email protected]>; "Jack Springston" <[email protected]>; "Andrea Seyboth (E-mail)" <[email protected] >; "Andrew Morton (E-mail)" <[email protected]>; "Craig Marshall (E-mail)" <[email protected]>; "Daniel and Sonia Kaner (E-mail)" <[email protected]>; "David Stanke" <[email protected]>; "James and Laura Fernandez (E-mail)" <[email protected]>; "Karen Greenspan" <[email protected]>; "Makeupsonia@Earthlink.
