Inspection of her apartment revealed that there was no visible WTC debris. The apartment was reported as “extremely untidy with clothes, paper, and boxes sectored everywhere**. Pieces of floorboards were missing. She was dissatisfied with the policies of various agencies. She addressed issues regarding flbergla-« as a carcinogen and the need for it to bo cleaned up. Based on site observations and complainant’s sample results, no further action taken.
