3/12/02 ACP Inspection of Apartment # 4U ,-------- The apartmimt was inspected with i__ PJ! who was conceinod about dust accumulation on the ceiling. The inspection revealed that tfierc was no WTC debris on die ceiling. She was also concerned about the air being tested. She was informed that it had to be done privately.

2/25/02 ACP inspection of Apartment 33F 7272 eE Z Z^ore a dust mask during inspection. She stated four carcinogens were in the air, one of which was asbestos, However, based on Mug of her ^jartment for asbestos, none was found. Inspection of her apartment revealed that there was no visible WTC debris. The apartment was reported as “extremely untidy with clothes, paper, and boxes sectored everywhere**. Pieces of floorboards were missing. She was dissatisfied with the policies of various agencies. She addressed issues regarding flbergla-« as a carcinogen and the need for it to bo cleaned up. Based on site observations and complainant’s sample results, no further action taken.

2/23/02 DEP sent a second notice requesting copies of environmental hazard assessments and summaries of clean-up activities.

2Z22/02 Complaint 413154 Received Incorrect telephone number, unable to reach caller. Subsequently^ ACP was able to perform inspection.
