• Exterior inspections performed at 1073 premise addresses o 221 premises cleaned by NYCDEP (249 structures: e.g. multiple buildings on one listing)

• 1052 Notices and requests for information sent out to building owners and/or hand delivered during inspections

• 331 Building Owners/Management Agents replied to the notices

o 152 Owners submitted bulk sample results o 190 Owners submitted air test results o 114 Owners included in the above figures submitted both air and bulk (Overlap) o 73 Owners indicated sampling for other contaminants o 137 of the buildings where a response was not received were found to have visible debris and were cleaned by DEP (i.e. did not get a response to data request but did receive a signed License Agreement and performed cleaning)

• Sampling summary o ACM bulk samples: 2904 indicated samples were not ACM o ACM bulk samples: 212 indicated samples were ACM o Asbestos Air Samples: 78,490 PCM samples were < 0.01 ficc o Asbestos Air Samples: 1,034 PCM samples were > 0.01 f/cc o Asbestos Air Samples: 42,166 TEM samples were < 70 s/mm^ o Asbestos Air Samples: 202 TEM samples were > 70 s/mm^ o Where asbestos abatement was performed and notifications of abatement were received, air sampling by a licensed air-monitoring firm is required by the rules during and after the work. Post abatement samples are provided to the Department upon request of final air sampling data. We do not have all the post abatement data entered into the data summary tables. We received over 50 project notifications, 1/5 were from Con Ed for repairs to services (the sampling would be outdoors if required).
