2/19/02 Complaint number 411791 received. Complainant was concerned about dust and fibrous glass. An appointment was scheduled for inspection. Unable to perform the inspection (resident was not available and had left telephone number tor doorman rather than tesidenoe)

2/15/02 ACP Inflection of Apartment 16C Inspection revealed that there was no visible WTC,

2/14/02 Complaint 410716 received from apartment 16C resident List of air monitoring firms faxed, inspection scheduled.

2/12/02 DEP sent letter requesting copies of environmental hazard assessments and a summary of clean up activities.

2/11/02 Complaint 409645 Received Request for air test. Apt 27C and 33P

2«/02 DBP sent a letter to Milford Management indicating that visible accumulations of debris wesre observed on die roof and setbacks, the need to assess the material, and to perform appropriate clean-up.

1/28/02 DEP performed an exterior survey of the building and visible debris on the roof and 9* floor setback
