2/21/2002 — PII Visited the Building'twice P11 ;was not at home even though she 1iidariappointment. The second visit tbe-aoormarrgaid she was home but was not answering. In addition, the phone number came on as a fax machine.
2/25/2002 PII appeared with a dust mask on her face. She informed me that the there are four carcinogens in the air. She went on to say that one of them is asbestos. However, based on testing of her apartment for asbestos, none was found. Inspection of her apartment revealed that there was no visible WTC debris. The apartment was extremely untidy with clothes, paper, and boxes scattered everywhere. Some pieces of floor boards was also missing. She kept talking about policies of various agencies. She also kept addressing fiberglass as a carcinogen which she said needs top be cleaned up. . I informed her that based on my observations and her own sample results there was nothing that DEP could do.
3/06/2002_-._._.P11 _._. Jnsgection revealed that there was no visible WTC debris in the apartment P11 wanted to have the air in the apartment tested. She was faxed a copy of various-air iiOnitoring contractors.
3/12/2002 ._.JJ Inspected the apartment along with` PII ;she said they were concerned about dust accumulation on the ceiling. Inspection revealed that there was no WTC debris on the ceiling. She was also concerned about the air being tested. She was informed that it had to be done privately.
