Dates and tiiftes stell be associated with all activities including start and finish date.
3. In the event that mold is observed on building components (walls, support beams, ceiling tiles, HVAC systems) in area where work has been requested, the Monitoring Contractor will notify EPA and contact the NYCDOH at212-442-3372 for assistance in evaluating potential hazard to workers. Cleaning will not proceed in areas where mold is observed until potential hazards are evaluated and addressed if necessary.

4. In the event that suspected ACM or flaking, peeling or chalking paint is observed, the Monitoring Contractor will notify EPA. Cleaning will not proceed in areas where suspected ACM or flaking, peeling or chalking paint is observed until instructed otherwise.
