Good morning everyone,

Below is a summary of the hotline calls received on Tuesday, March 19:

100 calls received midnight to midnight 56 calls received during off hours 44 calls received during operating hours 13 calls were hang-ups 31 calls were answered by operators

of the 31 calls answered by operators: 9 were for the old OEM WTC hotline 6 were questions about clean-up 5 were general outdoor environmental concerns 2 were health related 6 were requests for indoor air testing 3 were "other" questions regarding the hotline
