The following is a summary of the calls that hotline operators responded to on Friday, March 29:

We received a total of 22 calls during operating hours 7 calls were about cleaning 3 calls were about the environmental conditions in lower Manhattan 2 calls were requests for indoor air testing 7 calls were for the old WTC hotline 1 call was a request for DOH phone numbers 2 calls were about the purpose and scope of the hotline

We received a total of 6 messages over the weekend, 4 of which were hang-ups and 2 of which were personal calls for operators.
