Dear Mr. Wolf Investigation (DOI) with This letter is written to set forth the views of the Department of Director, East respect to the issue of whether, with Elizabeth Sanchez serving as Executive a responsible bidder for a Harlem Council for Human Services (EHCHS) can be considered a federal conviction contact with the Depattntent of Health (DOH). EHCHS proposes that Ms. Sanchez be isolated from any participation matters.
