Since the Landlord failed to Substantially Complete the project on October 1, 1997, the $1,300,000 will not be required to be paid to the Landlord.

Therefore, we intend to fund the costs for the Deparment of Finance request for “Additional Work” up to a maximum of $233,400.00 from the $1,300,000.00 already regisi;ered,and de­ register $1,066,600.00.

This work as indicated by the agency is required to be carried out to have the Finance Business Centre up and running. Alternately, please have the $233,400.00 registered by the Comptroller as soon as possible.
