I understand that if I were to serve as a member of the Board of Directors, I may not be paid for such service, I must recuse myself from any involvement in any business dealings between the Concrete Industry Board and the City, I must serve as a member of the Board only at times when I am not required to perform my official duties for the City, and I may not use City equipment, supplies or letterhead in connection with such service.
