TUESDAY - JANUARY 15, 2002 ALL UNIT OWNERS AND RESIDENTS OF TO: 300 ALBANY STREET FROM: JOSEPH SIMPSON, MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE RE: BUILDING STATUS A flyer was distributed to all owners' mailboxes yesterday regarding the services the American Red Cross can provide to displaced residents. Representatives will be in the building Tuesday evening, January 15th, and will be back to the building periodically.
Also, please find attached the introduction, executive summary, background and findings portion of the exterior air quality test reports. ALC Environmentals' report states they conducted testing on November 26, December 4th and December 27, 2001. Copies of the full 152-page report will be available at the front desk for review.
