County to enact local legislation to effect this limitation. 4 - Desien, Construction, Project Timetable: * County to bid out, contract for, and manage design and construction of Project. * County to complete Project within 36 months of date of execution of intermunicipal Apreement (see below): County to make diligent application for_all necessary permits upon commencement of Agreement and while design work is underway; first priority shal! be given for the permitting and design of Project facilities necessary to divert the Yorktown Heights WWTP.
