instruction or. entitlement order, any person who had presented an affidavit (in a form to be determined by the superintendent of Banks) by which such person states:

(i) that he or she is the spouse of the person specified by a security certificate, the registered owner of an uncertified security, or the entitlement holder, as applicable, or if there shall be no spouse of such person, the legal guardian of such person's minor children, or if there shall be no spouse and no legal guardian shall have been appointed, the person with whom such person's minor children shall reside; and

(ii) that such indorsement, instruction or entitlement order, as applicable, and all such indorsements, instructions and entitlement orders, together with any items paid as provided for in the suspension and modifications of paragraph 4-104 (e) (1) of the New York Uniform Commercial Code, with respect to accounts held solely in the name of such person, shall be for a sum or sums not in excess of 515,000 in the aggregate.

No. 113.25 Extension of Real Property Tax Deadlines Until October 15, 2001 as the Result of a State Disaster Emergency

Suspends, until further notice, Section 1328 of the Real Property Tax Law, section 283.221 of the.Westchester County Tax Law, and. section 6-111 of the Code of the City of Rochester, so far as such laws impose interest or penalties upon unpaid real property taxes or unpaid installments of real property taxes that were payable without interest or penalty until a date occurring on or after September 11, 2001 and before October 15, 2001, so that such taxes or installments may be paid without interest until October 15, 2001; provided that

(1) this extension shall apply only to the eligible persons and business organizations described in the following paragraph of this order, and

(2) this extension shall apply only where the tax collecting officer has been furnished with a written statement setting forth
