INSPECTION DISCLOSED: 8/03/02: Saturday: Handler Supervisor Sasa Simic and 6 handlers and the Air-sampling Technician John Boyd came on site. Crew set-up dykes on cedar street, Trinity Place and Liberty street. Crew of four staretd on the roof cleaning A/C units & Donnage. At the end of the day crew completed the roof and the facade of adjacent building. Air monitoring was performed throught the clean-up.

8/04/02: Sunday: Handler Supervisor Sasa Simic and seven Handlers started to set-up dykes on Trinity Place, Cedar Street and Liberty Street sidewalks for facades cleaning. The boom truck was moved to Liberty Street and facade cleaning started after setting-up dykes with plastic on the scaffolding bridge. A second crew comprising Supervisor Jan Wolkowicz and six handlers started cleaning the bridge under facade of 120 Liberty Street as a continuation. The Air monitoring was performed by Ellis of Warren & Panzer. The facade on Liberty Street was completed and the second crew started cleaning the under bridge facade after completing the 120 Liberty facade. Sasa and crew started cleaning the facade of Cedar Street using the boom truck. Cleaning complete at 2:00 pm visual inspection was satisfactory. The boom was moved to Trinity Street facade and cleaning was started. Crew2 completed and after inspection they left the site at 4pm. Trinity Street facade completed at 5pm and a visual inspection was satisfactory. The boom truck was moved to 113-117 Cedar Street to clean the three rows of windows from west side, that was over sprayed by the crew at 114 Cedar Street. Crew also cleaned the Granite facade face of 113-117 Cedar Street. All cleaning completed and the crew left the site after cleaning all three sidewalks.
