RE: ASBESTOS INVESTIGATION PERFORMED AT: 200 WATER STREET, NEW YORK, NEW YORK PROJECT # NY-388-01
Dear Ms. Kung:
On September 13th and September 15th, 2001, CTSI performed an asbestos investigation at the above referenced premises. New York City and State licensed inspectors conducted the investigation.
The purpose of the investigation was to identify suspect dust and debris that may contain asbestos. An independent licensed laboratory (EMSL) using Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) method analyzed all samples collected.
A total of three hundreds and seven (307) bulk and wipe samples were collected. Based on sample analysis the following conclusions were derived:
