RE: ASBESTOS INVESTIGATION PERFORMED AT: 200 WATER STREET, LOBBY, NEW YORK, NEW YORK PROJECT # NY-388-01
Dear Ms. Kung:
On September 13th, 2001, CTSI performed an asbestos investigation at the above referenced premises. New York City and State licensed inspector conducted the investigation.
The purpose of the investigation was to identify suspect dust that may contain asbestos. An independent licensed laboratory (EMSL) using Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) method analyzed all samples collected.
Two (2) bulk samples were collected from suspect dust above mailboxes located within the libby. Based on sample analysis all bulk samples are non-ACM.
Also, enclosed please find Bulk Sample Analysis and PLM bulk sample certificate of analysis.
