Contractor and Project Monitor representatives were present on site at my arrival. The project monitor was Mr. David Ezekwesili. The site supervisor was Mr. Peter Radomsky (S Cert # 82452). Mr, Radomsky was In the work area at the time of my arrival and met me upon exiting the area. Two workers were outside the building awaiting the delivery of the waste containers. Workers were as follows: Villacres H 82452, Choromanski H 86922, Nemeth H 84821, Valencia H, Bobola H 89291, Kimec S 85585, Naydanuk H 85004, Korzep H 83392, Borkdwski H 86355, Cabrera H 87791, Bobola H 90338, Stavanskyy H 85657, Storozh H 84264, Arendac H 92066, Sanislo H 91447. This crew was slightly larger than the day shift. The contractor stated that the size of the shifts would be larger tomorrow. Decon has six showers and two hot water heaters. Shift can Increase significantly without a change In set up.

Work place preparation activities were In progress. Decons were operational. Areas around the decons were being maintained by one of the workers. Waste containers were not delivered to the site yet. Drop off of the containers was expected this evening.

Mr. Radomsky entered the work area with me. Polyethylene sheeting was installed on the floors and over the kitchen cabinets on the 11th and 12th floors. The cleaning of the floors was In progress on the 9th and 10~' floors. The negative air machines had been moved but had been placed at the Cedar (south) side of the building. All the machines were therefore located in the two rear bedrooms. Mr. Radomsky agreed to move two machines from each apartment above the 4th floor to the dining room and vent out the east side as had been earlier decided. At the 4"' floor piggy backing to the east side would be necessary.

Work progress was in keeping with project timeframes.
