This inspection was the continued monitoring of the DEP dean-up activities at the site. All work to be performed In accordance with contracts WTC-LBC and WTC-LBA. Clarifications and updates were provided to the contractors and residents by e-mail. Copies of correspondence to be incorporated with these inspection reports. The residents were given until today to complete the tagging of items for disposal, marking of walls to be removed, and supplying lists of Items to be saved when not in accordance with the scope-of-work for the project. Specifically, saved items were to Include appliances listed for disposal in the scope and valuables such as antique furniture.

Contractor and Project Monitor representatives were present on site at my arrival. The project monitor was Mr. Peter Koslowsky. The site supervisor was Mr. Marion Jawien (S Cert # 89021), the project manager was Mr. Tom Alhem. Workers were donning PPE for entry to the residential portion of the building. Workers were as follows: Bandera H 88641, Reyes H 90773, Mendez H 87870, Sykorjak H 87885, lancitch H 86844, Perciun H 92167, Lituma H 90122, Mendez H 83529, Quinde H 88389, Gomez H 86254, Nosorowski H87515, Garda H 85678, Kostak H 90943.

Work place preparation activities were in progress. Decons were operational. Areas around the decons were being maintained by one of the workers. Waste containers were not delivered to the site yet. Drop off of the containers was expected sometime in the evening.

Mr. Koslowsky, Mr. Alhem, and I began a floor by floor videotaping of walls, floors, cabinet components, and personal items. Negative air machines were installed. Isolation barriers were installed.

A resident of 125 Cedar Street reported concerns regarding the negative air machine exhausting location. Although the exhausting was In compliance, Mr. Alhem agreed to change the location.

Work progress was in keeping with project timeframes.
