Dear Mr. Fortuna:
On October l' and 2' , 2001, Consulting & Testing Services, Inc. performed project monitoring for the above referenced location. Degmor, asbestos contractor, removed approximately 600 SF of VAT (vinyl asbestos tile).
Air monitoring was conducted by CTSI. Air samples were collected during all phases of the project and analyzed using Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) method. Clearance air samples taken passed clearance criteria per applicable regulations (<0.01 f/cc). r The project was completed successfully. All applicable Federal, State and Local Rules and Regulations were strictly enforced during removal.
