Dear Mr. Orlan:
As per your request, ATC Associates, Inc. representative Mr. Yiannis Efstathiou (NYC- DEP Asbestos Investigator #82244) visited I.S. 306X located at 40 West Tremont Avenue, Bronx, NY 10007 on April 28, 2002. The purpose of the site visit was to collect bulk samples from dust within several HVAC units throughout the school.
A total of eighteen (18) samples were collected from various HVAC units. All samples were analyzed utilizing Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) methodology. No asbestos was detected in any of the eighteen (18) bulk samples collected.
