Re: Parsons Brinckerhoff Qualifications
Dear Ms. Kath,
Thank you for meeting with us to discuss our proposed sampling program for environmental testing services to be performed at 100 Church Street, New York. After listening to your concerns and objectives, I am confident that the Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) team of industrial hygienists will implement a sampling strategy for indoor air analysis to meet your needs for reoccupying the space at 100 Church Street. PB has the proven capability to conduct and oversee all types of environmental services, including air monitoring of chemical and stack emissions; field surveys; design of remediation and mitigation plans; laboratory analysis, interpretation and reporting of collected data; and preparation of reports and environmental documents in conformance with applicable Federal, State, and City environmental laws, policies, standards, and regulations. PB has a long-standing relationship with our selected subcontractor (Creative Environment Solutions), who routinely performs indoor air quality assessment studies for clients throughout New York City and the metropolitan area.
Attached is a sample of PB’s related project experience and staff qualifications. If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact me at (212) 465 5166.
Sincerely,
Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas, Inc.
