WORK fN PROGRESS: 1. Water proofing and leak detection system behind protective wall has not been started. 2. Installation of projector enclosures is done, painting need touch up work, generally is ok. 3. Stone floor installation @ elevator lobby, s.s. angle at doors is missing , large variation on color for lava stones. 4. Re water proofing preparation for Radio Room. (FSK was issued to prevent water to penetrate radio rm.)

ADDITIONAL OBSERVATIONS:

1. Track Light @ press Room feed not in wall, room not painted black paint above ceiling grid not acceptable. 2. Brushes at file banks in open area not installed. 3. Projection screens have not been installed @ ceilings, steel for TV monitors @ EOC not installed. 4. Revised lighting @ reception area not installed, reception desk not installed, marlite panels not installed. 5. LAN room cage for Bell Atlantic e(|uipment has not been installed . 6. Fire Extinguisher cabinet openings @ EOC are a) not installed at one side & b) other side needs to be mo\'ed up to clear railing see FSK. 7. Fire hose cabinet @ south side still missing door, Fire hose cabinet @ north side not installed. 8. Marble saddles @ Mayor’s & Commissioners bath rooms are missing. 9. Please coordinate the location of door# 11A with FSK’s revision. (blocking does not seem correct) 10. Door 53 A is installed incorrectly, it should be above raised floor not slab. 11. Comer wall at end of corridor in front of door #52 should be 90 DEG. not as built. Please revise as per plan. 12. Radio room roof details are not as per drawings. (Please coordinate water proofing revisions issued on FSK.-52 and other trades. 13. Radio room door is not installed correctly, saddle is missing and some of the hardware is not installed.(cut for chain was issued 12/30.) 14. Plywood in room # 23-49 is not installed./ it was installed in room # 23-50) 15. As per Vikonics memo shielding @ Mayor’s office does not contact the shielding on the walls. 16. Gaps between steel plates at perimeter hurricane wall need to be sealed to prevent wind to pressurize EOC ceiling (FSK-54 issued on 1/13/98). 17. Light switches at some directors offices are located incorrectly, do not clear door. Please revise. 18. Silencers at all doors are missing. 19. Rm. # 23-37 window blinds are broken. Please replace. 20. A second strobe light needs to be located at both core bathrooms due to toilet partition added to separate toilets. 21. All hand rails at raised floor steps and ramps are not installed. 22. One TV monitor in Watch Command is not installed as of 1/13/99. 23. Felt behind all perforated panels at monitor enclosures @ EOC is not installed. 24. Pendant fixtures at elev. Lobby not installed. 25. Painting at elev. Lobby not compleled.
