Dear Ms. Gilbert!:
We write with reference to your letter dated June 11, 98> received by this office on . I
June 15, 1998.
We respectfully disagree with your contentions that DRES has failed to approve or disapprove th^ork
cost as delivered on May 28, 1998. On June 4"’, 1998, within 5 business days of receipt of thLwork costahis office
after reviewing the estimate responded in writing (copy attached). As indicated in the letter, the “Work “Cost”
could not be approved due to various discrepancies, clarifications^nd^missii^.
In response to our letter, your office and Ambassador Construction has been providing information and
revised costs under various cover letters dated June 11, 1998. Further; more as per the lease Art. 6 (b) under the
“Work fcost” definitions (d), a cost for utilizing the fuel lines was only submitted today, June 16, 1998.
Under the circumstances, we believe that these piece ^^submissions of the “WorkXzost estimates by
your office has a direct impact on the4ity’sAbility to review and subsequently approve the “Work^Cost”, and
therefore the uriy ~'tiai mihlATI tenant delay
Sincerely,
Richard J. Ramos
