Dear Mr. Pymento:

As per the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management, Jerome M. Hauer, I am requesting the following funding for the 7 World Trade Center project:

> Attached you will find an invoice from DSI RF Systems, Inc. OEM requests it be funded from the construction budget from the 7 WTC project. This invoice pertains to the metro traffic feed & dish installation.

> OEM would also like to reinstitute the installation of the DOT traffic feeds that were eliminated from last year’s budget.
