As per my conversation with OEM Director Jerome M. Hauer, please incorporate the

following items to the 7 WTC Project:

® Restoration of the seventy-four 13” monitors in the EOC for the Department of

Transponation camera feeds. This system should also be incorporated into the A/V router for

distribution over TVs in the EOC and Watch Command.

® Order two Alto-Shaam “Cooking and Holding Ovens” Model 1000-THI/HD/D (see-attached

memo) for preparation of food in Room 23-21 i.e., the pantry.

• Assure UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) protection for floor areas not fully protected (see-

Cosentini memo dated February 2,1999).

• Provide $5275.00 payment to Spanjer Sign Corporation for manufacturing and installation of

three (3) 28” diameter and two (2) 21” diameter cast magnum plaques.

• Order four additional club chairs and two additional couches for the Mayor’s suite and

reception areas.

• Evaluate Johnson Controls System for 2 Lafayette Street.
