Jack-I have reviewed the latest set of drawings dated 5/4/98 and there does not appear to be any change to our bid Therefore, our bid for work is as follows:

SJate pavers at lobby , 28,000.00 . "Ceramic tile 23,800.00. Work per n/D12 9,000.00'.- BID TOTAL 60.800.b0 ,

Scope of work includes slate tile pavers at elevator lobby, bathroom and pantry ceramic tile floors, foil height wall tile at all walls in bathrooms, 5" high ceramic ble base at p^tby and work in accordance with detail 11/D12 at roof. Slate pavers are figured as mud-set; all other floors figured as thin-set. Waterproofing included at all bathroom floors. Protectioi of installed work is to l&e by others.

Our add alternate for rei lobby pavers in accordance with my discussicMi with Martin Schneider amounts to the lump sm ,400^OT^ased on a count of approximately 20 pavers to be picked up and replaced, This sum does hot inclui fe^SSsfer replacement paves which might be required due to breakage. If replacements should be required, they will be billed at material cost plust 25%,

Prices are based on work being covered by a Certificate of Capital Improvement. All work is estimated for normal union working hours, except deliveries, which are on off-hours. Protection of installed work is to be by others,
