Dear Mr. Klein;

We are pleased to submit our revised quotation with reference to the above mentioned location based on plans and Specifications prepared by Cosentini Associates Addendum Drawings Ml .01, Ml .07 Ml .23, M4.01 all dated 5/4/98, and addendum #1 drawings Ml .01m Ml .07, M1.23,M4.01 dated 5/15/98.

Our revised price for toe above is: $1,564,675.00 (One Million Five Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Five Hollars)

Noj^ZAlternates^ 1 Discharge louver;? are by others. 2 Emergency generators are by others. 3 Unit heaters are wired by others. 4 No drain pans under piping. 5 All welding is based on ASME/ANSI B.31.9. Since radiographic or ultrasonic testing is not specified the testing procedures required for this project are limited to hydrostatic testing only. All costs associated with radiographic testing or ultrasonic testing are not included, and independent inspection of welds.

All work is to be completed during regular hours by union workmen.
