We propose to furnish and install 3/4 inch fabric wrapped acoustical wall panels, using a Design Tex, Dalmation color 6320-104 Acryliced backed fabric, at the above captioned premises, as follows: LOCATION SELLING PRICE PIU $22,830.00 Mayor Conference Room 2304 $16,395.00 Training Conference Room 2307 $ 8,625.00 Room 23-10 ---- - We, respectfully, request a 50% depo^t^wi^ placement of the order, with the balance due upon installation.

Fabrication and installation will be four to six to weeks from receipt of order, receipt of deposit, confirmation of color and final field measurements.
