As per my conversation with OEM Director Jerome M. Hauer, please incorporate the
following items to the 7 WTC Project:
• Restoration of the seventy-four 13” monitors in the EOC for the Department of
Transportation camera feeds. This system should also be incorporated into the A/V router for
distribution over TVs in the EOC and Watch Command.
Order two Alto-Shaam “Cooking and Holding Ovens” Model 1000-THI/HD/D (see-attached
memo) for preparation of food in Room 23-21 i.e., the pantry.
• Assure UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) protection for floor areas not fully projected (see-
Cosentini memo dated February 2, 1999).
Provide $5275.00 payment to Spanjer Sign Corporation for manufacturing and installation of
three (3) 28” diameter and two (2) 21” diameter ca.st magnum plaques.
Order four additional club chairs and two additional couches for the Mayor’s suite and
reception areas.
• Evaluate Johnson Controls System for 2 Lafayette Street.
