Per your request, we have reviewed the above referenced Change Orders for scope and our continents are as follows

C O. 79 dated 04.1.3,99,

SHCA sketch FSK-11 dated 08.26.98 provides tire door anchorage detail for the installation of blast-resistant doors as provided to SHCA from the specified manufteturer. Overly, prior to award of the contract to them. Once awarded and shop drawings submitted, Overly requested additional reinfijreing plates to be supplied by others in order to meet the specified loading. The reinforcing plates are required to adequately anchor these doors per the manu&cturer’s requirements

C.O. 83 dated04,26.99:

SHCA drawing .M3-2 end Detail 9/D-4 indicate a recessed cove light fbrture in Reception (23-40) Submitted and reviewed sheet metal shop drawings show an existing duct end some small new ductwork in the area of this cove. Reference is not made as to a conflict nor the flagging of the elevational conflict between the existing ductwork and the light cove indicated as is customary when the sheet metal contractor verifies field conditions venus design intent. The conflict was not brought to SHCA's attention until the commencement of the finished ceiling construction in the area. ResoJuuon of this field condition required modifying the existing ductwork and the elimination of the cove light fixture to allow for the completion of the finish ceiling construction and as to not impact the scheduled completion of the space. The modifications are required to resolve the field condition.

The above C.O.s are not reviewed for cost since DCAS/DRES normally reviews and venfiss costs.
