We are pleased to submit herewith our change order #001 to perform the following additional work as requested by the Port Authority punch list at the above referenced premises for the sum of THIRTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR DOLLARS ($39,264 00);

SCOPE OF WORK - Furnish and install connected reserve Inergen supply as follows; - Five (5) Inergen cylinders and cylinder rack to match existing; re­ pipe headers in cylinder rack to match existing. - Two (2) 1’//' 3000 lb. rated check valves. - One (1) additional solenoid valve and main reserve switch. Inergen system work $30,000.00 Electrical work 3,475.00 Subtotal $33,475.00 General Conditions 2,678.00 Overhead and Fee 2,531.00 Insurance 580.00 TOTAL $39,264,00

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS - All work will be performed on straight time in Phase I. - Relocation of existing piping or adjustment of existing heads to remain - The price assumes there is sufficient space for new cylinders and headers.
