Seven World Trade Center - Outstanding Punch List Items

1. Tamper switches must be installed on the fire standpipe valves on the 44th floor and on the street level Siamese connections.

2. The stair page system is not functioning properly. Every other.speaker in each stair riser is not audible. In Stair # 1 the speakers at the 37th and 41st floors are not functioning at all. 3. The following pertains to doors in stair # 2; a. The door on the 45th floor must be realigned with the striker plate. . b. The hardware on the 39th floor is loose and is scoring the door when it is operated. c. The door on the 38th floor does not close fully. d., The electronic striker on the 37th floor doesn't release upon emergency actuation. 4. The water level alarms for the 46th floor domestic water tanks have yet to be installed. • 5. Elevator Banks C, D, and E must be tested for emergency recall on emergency power.

6. The emergency generators must be retested for a full load test for four hours. Apparently, the fuel is consumed by the generators at a faster rate than it is supplied. The generators ran for approximately two hours before running out of fuel.

7. Pressure differential/air velocity test on all duct smoke detectors in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and the New York city Building Code.

8; The window washing scaffold and rigging must be tested and inspected by New York State and the Port Authority.

9. The truck, dock, dry pipe sprinkler system must be retested in accordance with the remaining punch list sent to R. Tabasco by this office June 1, 1988.

10. Chains were allowed to be used to lock off certain valves as a temporary measure until tamper switches were installed. All chains must be removed from these valves and tamper switches operating in accordance with the class "E" system 11. Escalators # 7 and # 8, the sump pump and heater operation must be verified.
