Attached please find change order #85 in the amount of $34,401.00 submitted by Ambassador Construction for the following scope of work:

Additional work to be performed in order to install new piping for re-routed fuel oil lines.

Masonry $ 5,200.00 Remove and reinstall block work around two (2) doors. Open two (2) holes in masonry between elevator cars 23, 22 and 1. Replace block upon completion.

Carpentry Reset two (2) existing doors and frames $ 900.00

Painting Repaint block walls where doors were moved $ 550.00

Electric $ 4,700.00 Relocate two (2) light in garbage storage room. Relocate two (2) elevator intercoms. Relocate two (2) sets of elevator pit lights. Relocate two (2) duplex outlets and relocate four (4) one inch conduits.

Elevator $ 5,029.00 Relocate two (2) sets of elevator stop buttons
