Attached please find change order #53 in the amount of $2,898.00 submitted by Ambassador Construction for the following scope of work:
1. As per Robert B. Samuels' work order #'s 28491 and 26530 the following additional work was performed as additional work:
#28491 Electricians were requested to mount computer equipment in the Ian room and patch cables. Labor - 16 Hours X $95.80 $1,533.00 General Conditions $123.00 Overhead and Fee $99.00 Insurance $22.00 Total $1,777.00
#26350 Furnish and install Kendoff supports to the bottom of the A.V. racks in Ian room. Racks would not fit over the electrical floor boxes. This work was not shown on the drawings.
