Attached please find change order #52. in the amount of $38,987.00 submitted by Ambassador Construction for the following scope of work:
1. Robert B. Samuels' Work Order #28485: In room 23-15 (Commissioner's Office), remove and cap (4) floor and (4) wall outlets, extend (2) separate circuits and furnish and install (4) outlets on column and (5) outlets on wall as requested. Patch walls, floors and paint.
