DearMs.Giliberti: Per our telephone conversation, it is SHCA’s understanding that CAD Files for the 23'“ Floor of 7 World Trade Center do not exist. Per SHCA ’ s proposal letter dated 10/24/97 to Mr. Joseph Ritorto- Silverstein Properties, SHCA can field verily and produce existing condition AutoCad files as additional service for a lump sum of 5 8,000 phis out-of-pocketexpenses for the not-to-exceedamount of S 1,000.
Per our conversation with Mr, Josep Dominguez-DCAS/DRESthis morning, DCAS/DRES approves this additional service to SHCA.
The above noted fee and expenses shall be billed monthly on a percent complete basis to your anention. Should this proposal be acceptobletoyou, please indicatcyour acceptance by signing one of the enclosed copies and returning it to me.
