RE: OEM 7 World Trade Center 23rd Floor

Dear Mr. Ramos;

The following is a description of the fuel oil lines that presently exist in the shaft.

There are (4) 1 1/4" lines that run from the existing fuel oil pump room, two (2) lines go to the 9th Floor Secret Service generator and (2) fuel oil lines end at the 8th floor ceiling. These pipes in the shaft have a 6" concrete masonry wall built around them. These walls are from the 1st Floor to the 9th Floor and are supported at each floor by steel beams attached to the existing structure. Where the pipes run horizontally out of the shaft, they are encased with lath and (2) hour fireproofing.
