As per my conversation with you, Sal Lifrieri and Mike Pisano of Vikonics; 1 informed that our final request for approval of the release of doors #'s 40A & 40B has been rejected by the P.A.. It an informal review the Port rejected our final solution for th>, release of this doors, and therefore we will not have a Certificate of Occupancy by your move in dax, unless we submit an acceptable solution by no later than this Friday In my conversation with Vikonics, Mike proposed to tie in the two doors to a door release button at the receptionist desk. He was going to try to find a bunon that had a MEa approval for NYC as requested by the P.A. We can not be sure that the P.A. will approve this and if we don’t receive this information by today we can not set up the review appointment for Friday. I
