Per your request, the following is a summary' of the project status for the above referenced project per our meeting with DCAS,TIRES & MOEM on Monday 06-15-98 and follow-up conversations today-
• DCAS,'’DRES & MOEM are currently reviewing the Ambassador construction bids There may be value engineering revisions required DCAS/MOEM are to provide a list requested revisions, if any • Based upon the potential revisions, SHCA has withdrawn its request for review by appointment to the Port Authority scheduled for this Thursday 06-18-98 SHCA will re-schedule upon further direction by DCASfoktEM DCA3/MOEM has placed the protective wall revisions on hold and they will advise SHCA of any revisions required SHCA was scheduled to issue the revised drawings by Friday 06-19-98 for DCAS/MOEM'Silverstein review SHCA and its consultants are currently approximately 85% complete for this task Any substantial revisions to work already completed may incur additional design services • J Kondrat-DCAS advised SHCA that the 7* Floor space east of the KIOEM space will not be required for MOEM use
Upon receipt of further information or direction from DCAS./MOEM, we will keep you updated Should any additional design senices be requested from DCASiMOEM to make revisions to the approved drawings, we will advise you immediately
