AV Equipment Elimination- 1. RF Distribution system---- - • Eliminate 13’* monitors in the EOC area and the accompanying switching devices. All cabling for the devices will remain.* 2. Press Feeds------- • The Press AV feed, within the Emergency Operations Room (from the EOC to the press room), should be downgraded from providing service for multiple cameras to providing service for one camera. • The press AV feed from the press room to street level should be downgraded to a tingle food so that the press can have a pooled feed at the street level. 3. Externa] Video Feeds------ • Eliminate all cabling and switches which were importing external agency camera foods (e.g. DOT. NYPD,etc.)*

* Architectural impacts should be coftsidcred such as covering the 13” monitor Ibrniture cuts with plates. Also the square footage of floor qwce in the head-end room should be kq)t for future expansion. Electrical outlets in the head-end room, which were slated for AV equipment, should also be kept.
