Dear Ms. Giliberti:

We write reference to the change order # 47 submitted by Ambassador Construction Co. on 12/31/98 in the amount of $3,941.00 for the supply of three (3).stainless steel flexes for the generators in lieu of standard flexes provided originally.

The Change order has been reviewed and the cost has been found reasonable. Therefore, an amount of $ 3,941.00 is hereby approved, subject to audit, for the referenced change order.

The following is a breakdown of the project’s budget:
