V. Scope of Services / Approach TKLP

protection; firealarm/security; communication; instrumentation and controls; electrical. The frequency of these visits will be based upon the amount of work being done at any time during the schedule. For the purposes of this proposal, TKLP has assumed the fol­ lowing:

• HVAC — starting the month of March 1993 until the month of July 1993, and then twice a month through the month of February 1994.

• Fire protection/plumbing — starting the month of March 1993, once a month through the duration of the construction until the end of February 1994.

• Instrumentation and controls — once a month, starting July 1993 and concluding the end of February 1994.

• Electrical — starting the month of March 1993 until the month of July, and then twice a month through the month of February 1994.

• Security/fire alarm — once every two months, starting the month of July 1993 through the end of February 1994.

• Communications/cabling — starting September 1993, once every two months through the end of February 1994.

TKLP will prepare field reports for each of those site visits.

5. Factory Testing — TKLP will attend the factory tests as noted previously and provide a report based upon that visit.

6. Site Testing — Will be performed by individuals from the following disciplines: HVAC; plumbing/fire protection; fire alarm/security; communication; instrumentation and con­ trols; electrical. They will each attend four days on site to witness site testing.

7. Shop Drawings — TKLP will review the shop drawings, product data and samples that are specified for the contractor to submit.

8. Certificates of Payment — TKLP will review the contractor's submittal of their certifi­ cate of payment in terms of what they have observed in their site visits or during the construction meetings and provide their determination of the amount owed to the con­ tractor and supplier on a monthly basis.
