Please review the drainage aspects as they relate to City Sewers and provide ccMBments by December 4, 1987. Por the Biost part, our drainage work consists of clean up and repair of the existing drainage system - clean out of pipes, manholes and catch basins - in this contract and in a prior right-of-way clearing contract. For purposes of identification, the drainage system can be divided into four distinct areas: Area 1: West 37th Street to West 60th Street (Sheets T*-l to T14). Area 2: West 60th Street to West 72nd Street (Sheets T-14 to T-19). Area 3s West 72nd Street to the Viaduct at 125th Street (Sheets T-19 to T-37) Area 4s Viaduct to Spuyten Duyvil (Barlem River) (Sheets T-37 to T-56). Zn Area 1, we are rehabilitating the existing piped drainage system. Outfall is pumped to City sewers at two locations - West <2iM3LStreet and West SShEB BtreeiTiye will be Installing new pumps in the existing pumping stations as separate work. Zn Area 2, we are constructing a new gravity storm sewer to drain our 55 foot wide easement through the Trump parcel.
