Alucao: This is in reference to your subnission of preliminary plans with a letter dated September 29, 1931 for ths above referenced project. As you have been advised through a previous telephone conversation, in order for this department to perform a complete revievz, three f3) complete sets of revised plans should be submitted, giving full details of all proposed drainage work and thei r relationship to existing structures, sewers and drainage facilities in the contract. area. Your revised submission should include the fallowing items: 1) Complete hydraulic analysis verifying the adequacy of the proposed replacement pipe to acco™modA't^ the existing upstream flow with no adverse effects on the downstream system. Said analysis must include plan and longitudinal profile viexzs of the new piping and a comparison of the hydraulic grade lines for the existing and new piping. 2) A section view of the new subway interconnection in a NE/2X'/ direction. 3) A means of acconmodatinq the street drainage at 60th Street and 3rd Avenue. 4) A modification to the now sewer alignment such that the pipe does not traverse private property at the northeast corner of 3rd Avenue and 60th Street. Please note that if this realignmont is rjot physically possible due to the elevations of the new substructure, a permanent sewer easement must be established about the portion of pipe in private property.
