Please review and return your comments to Amtrak with copy to Parsons Briixjkerhoff no later than Tuesday, March 31, 1987, using the attached Design Review Comment Sheet for this project. If there are no comments, please return a Comment Sheet marked "No Comment". The Design Review Meeting will be held at Parsons Brinckerhoff’s office on March 31, 1987 at 10:00 AM to review all comments and progress of the project.
