This point is at the same location as your proposed manhole No. 3. 7. As a result of recent discussions it is understood that your computations are being revised to reflect our comments regarding the apparent inadequacies in your computation of the hydraulic gradient difference between the upstream and downstream points of the siphon as shown in your January Sth submission. YAll the above issues must be resolved satisfactorily before any hydraulic approval can be given for the submitted contract drawings. Sincerely,
