Dear Mr. Tarban: This is in reply to your letter dated February 10, 1988 with, which you submitted three (3) sets of final plans for the above referenced project. The submitted plans have been reviewed and are hereby approved. A set of plans, stamped "Approved" is enclosed herewith for your records. It is advised that the Incoming pipe into pressure relief manhole as shown on drawing No. C-21 be bent 90° downwards. The agreement between Amtrak and this department is presently being finalized and should be completed prior to the start of construction. Please advise Mr. Carlton Hinds, P.E., Chief, Private and Other Agencies Inspection Section, Bureau of Sewers, 40 Worib Street, New York, NY 10013, Telephone 11(212) 566-6032, at least fifteen (15) days before commencing construction. After completion of work, submit one (1) set of as-built drawings on three (3) mils mylar for our records. Very truly yours,
